Exactly what is a watershed???

It's the area of land that catches
rain and snow and drains or seeps into a marsh, stream, river, lake, groundwater or reservoir.

Examples of Virginia's watersheds are...

- James River

- Rappahannock River

- Roanoke River

- Yadkin RIver

- York River

and so on......
